with only a Wynn maybe, but with party etc... meh..
most viable source to get adena (from my point of view) would be iss+wynn combo in multiple locations
for example instead of having a full pt of 7 botting you can have 3 pairs(or 4) of wynn+iss in different places.
i found it really "productive" mos upper(the 6 big rooms) and giants cave quest. with 2 char train.
how many numbers productive ?

if you dont have time to defend your toons in mos, its better in gc.
or you have a similar quest in crypts of disgrace.
also its a nice deal if you have several toons 85 or so(like at least 2 good set-up parties) to do freya normal.
low chance to get banned , not too much time wasted and a decent loot
