For me Works in W10, and in W8.1 not work
I did this way you described and it had been working until the maintenance. Currently, I had the problem l2.exe has stopped working. How to fix it?

One thing that I'm sure is that I going to spend next 6h on this.
Found few issues, some old feature (Local Patching) that could solve this problem is not working, trying to fix.

Made clean install and worked for me (strange that my old accounts don't work, looks like "password restrictions" issue)

yeah on win7 works but on win10 i've tried everything i could imagine and no results.
