Fixed problem with L2TowerUtils.dll

that means we dont need that C++ lib anymore or its still needed?

Hi i have some problem when i try to update today new version and i see this

I did that and now when i try to run tower i get message that i need to install Visual C++ ... x86 and it is installed!

So what i did wrong?

i have win vista and c++ 2013 . same problem ??

I think that previous windows till w7 are not supported, cause if U have vista f.e. it doesn't support .Net 4, and with this version of L2Tower U need that

I have .net 4.5.1 on pc with vista...... u sure not support?
