unfortunatelly i do because i left my country and my mom used the pc and some shit happened "she won an ipad " and when my pc goes crazy she decided to get it fixed and the guy installed windows 32x reading only 4gb of memory instead of 8 and i wasnt paying attention to that till now , ill fix it , ill rr this pc Sad
Well no all have Win xp and Still get that problem ...

@Sakaszli lfconfirmation, l2tower unatended for w7 x32? Just asking, i dont have any problem onto install w8.
same problem, installed everything mentioned, l2towerutils.dll error all the time. i have w7 x64 OS

well it is no working in WIN7.. Some ppl say yes work and some say no... I have everything, and still dont working, and my OS is WIN7 Ultimate 32bit...

did not help me
yeah ! already tried everything but does not work in win 7 32 bit, hopefully someone get it working.
