I have installed Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 (x86) from Clokman link, I have this message on tower startup, I deleted .NET 4.5.1, installed .NET 4.5 and still giving the same problem l2TowerUtils.dll, I dowloaded the clean zip of tower from Clokman from here and still with the same issue.
I have win 7 x32.
