I will Removed libs/msvcp120.dll, libs/msvcr120.dll
And Tower Open, But when i go create a licence, he Says:

The Server Return a Error:(403) prohibited (But PT-BR Language)

Any Can help ? When i run the Updater he Says:

Failed to get lastest version number, check internet conection

Already NET Check, work Fine my conection.

Please, any1 can help me?

thats server fault. there are problems with internet connection

Already deleted the 2 files in libs.
