Fixed problem with L2TowerUtils.dll

that means we dont need that C++ lib anymore or its still needed?

I think that previous windows till w7 are not supported, cause if U have vista f.e. it doesn't support .Net 4, and with this version of L2Tower U need that

I have .net 4.5.1 on pc with vista...... u sure not support? Smile
