But another pc Win 7 32bit is not ;o.

mine is also wuindons 7 32 bits and is the same error

So if you dont have 64bit you cant use L2tower, nice.

that's should be not true... L2Tower is compiled for x86
make sure you got right libs...

how to get those right libs?
cauze
1. i have 64bit windows 8.1.
2. c++ updated
3. system patch 32 (before the update)
4. l2tower updated.
the problem is L2TowerUtils.dll error.
what to do?
a. system patch download where the normal link? b. new libs(from where?, already l2tower reinstal tryed). c. wait for new tower update, from which we just press update tower, and all is fixed?
if someone answers those questions without vines, sincerely thank you.
p.s and yes im not a programer im standart player with questions.

U mean reinstalled w7... x32 or x64?

I install vcredist_x86 , but i cant install vcredist_arm.exe
maybe its was problem?
