Well, I did everything according to what ClockMan said but still have the same issue.

PS: I removed totally all C++ and stuff x64 that I had in order to see if it'd matters. However, it didn't matter most likely.

The only difference I can see so far is that I have the .Net Framework 4.5.2 while ClockMan says about 4.5. I don't know if it matters though. However whatever I do, I couldn't remove completely the .Net 4.5.2 in order to downgrade to version 4.5. I've tried all available removal tools. Nonetheless, I couldn't find a manual removal procedure.

Besides, my OS is Windows 8.1 x64.

All ppl with WINDOWS VISTA OS can't open tower, give error.... It's useless give link of update to do, not all ppl are retard....

After about 25 windows restart it worked when I installed the SDK for 3rd time.

I have win 7 x64, when I downloaded the Visual C + + Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 (x86), I chose the version vcredist_x86.exe and it worked properly .. I have helped = p
