Serious Problem with L2tower

Hello Guys, i have serious problem with l2tower when i open it i keep taken this error [Image: 60685889.jpg]

if anyone know's how to fix it, it going be great thanks alot for yout time.

yeh same problem, i think its from .NetFrameWork i dunno but i gues.
