Problems with the Hostname

I have a problem to log in an account I get a sign that says not to read the hostname, but when I go to another account I can enter freely. Anyone know the reason? Official server Bartz.

It's ban , look at the account manager and see if say's "Account Status:Playable " if it say's banned Smile well you know Tongue
