The plugin that you have from what I see is the same as my Hardware macro, I do have to warn people though with nukers,archers and summoners, unless the mobs get close to you or you run by them you will not be close enough to pickup the items, also if someone runs through your area and right next to you kills a mob and it drops something your character will attempt to pick their items up.

Check this out , its from Naia (off) , few minutes after i got banned. Btw i have that item on couple other acc and still running. Problem is that stats of char drasticly drops , -500 patk -20 speed 30% atk speed. Ive noticed that but on my ISS 94 was a bit too late :/
probably it handicaps your characters enough to die then when death whit item in inventory occurs = ban
or maybe my theory is this:
they change object ids in inventory, and make one of old objectId invisible for example:
lets assume:
HP potion has Distplay Id = 10 and objectId 1000
to check if u are bot they
they change this to Distplay Id = 10 and objectId 2000
while they add new item:
that has Distplay Id = 20 and objectId 1000, but Distplay Id = 20 is invisible!
bot already has saved objectid of the HP potion, so when it tries to click it it will still click object id 1000 instead of new one 2000 and thus clicking invisible item.
