you bought bot time - bot works all the time, it opens, allow you to bot on some servers.
It doesn't work on server you play? noone said it will and it's not included in price, as you buy "days" not "servers working".
So yeah, service is still provided it just doesn't fit your needs, but that doesn't allow you to ask for refund - programs are excluded from that law according to EU law, from which tower is sold.

All in all, sad, but your cry for 5$ refund is fucking hilarious XD

no more oficial support is bad.. but what about making it work on the private servers .. make it work on most good privates?

and dont care about quit from ncwest, few days ago before this my main 100/99/80/80 got ban for selling, so stuff are checking bot forums, in gmae about selling never mentioned, on char wasn't something special, so not a big loose, but even when play legit u still get ban so 1 customer less for ncwest, i dont see sense there for more playing, ppls with rmt gear, ppls who botted up, and now still even 1 clan probably controls all, will play eu classic, gl&hf guys

can you say if you lost the legal action? or it was a deal so they stop the action

PPl stop qq, we don't have tower that's it life suck sometimes. Anyway I hope tower come back in some days so we can have our happy botland again. BB guys and bb l2tower team was nice to get support from you. Sience with today gg update will be sure this will not work anymore. Mail me if tower will get back hes power.
