l2tower using skill's

hello!i have one problem to my yull him don't use nuke and don't even give him selfbuff.idk why because in 1st minute evrithing work like a charm.someone have ani ideea?

how to make selfbuffs to work whitout target coz now i need to target my tyrr to use that script
