problema al loguear

Hola, escribo para ver si alguien me puede explicar que estoy haciendo mal, el problema que tengo es que al intentar entrar con el tower al lineage, el frost se queda al 0% y no entra al juego, me dice loaded valiance y no entra, nose si alguien me puede decir que hago mal? gracias de antemano.
