Pick up configuration

Can someone please explain in game "Pickup" tab Time intervals ie: Secs, Mins, and so on? and Pick up range, Walk range, Pick up timeout, and Pick up ignore time means?

test it for yourself before posting imagination problems then after you understand how things work in game and find something that's not working as it suppose to post here
