Sad Nuke Attacks

I tryed to use L2Tower on Interlude server named L2Java and i got problem with my mage. I login to game type //cfg, enter "nuke" section and when i want to add new nuke there arent any skills... Maybe any1 can help me solve problem?

Open skills ALT-K in order to load the skills. You just need to do this once every login...
