Falha logo ao iniciar "hook incoming packets faile"

Pessoal, sempre que clico em Run para iniciar o meu L2TOWER me aparece essa mensagem: " HOOK INCOMING PACKETS FAILE". Alguém pode me ajudar a resolver esse problema ?
