Ok fixed... i format computer and reinstall framework and now are ok!!!!

hum try this way :
+ keep to some folder and keep it
- some scripts or plugins usually use it
- config ( save character )
>>> then delete all l2tower > go to website > download new setup again > update then copy back file u keep ( config + scripts + plugins )

uninstall old C++ and go to microsoft then download version x86
search google with net 4.5 Rc
install all > reset ur computer

Still not working...I did step by step as benbt91. I use win7 64bit but install C++ x86...may anyone help me plz ???
