Mate L2Tower works on Dragon Network servers for a moment (inject @ character selection screen) but after you login and play for few minutes (it makes check runs) you will get frozen but others will not. You won't be able to move anymore since the packets from client to server is blocked! Server to client not.
Can you try it again on Dragon Network server and stay online for about 5 or max 10 minutes and check if you freeze or not?
