If they do it as a quest item, you need to have the quest active.

But a very weird thing happen last night.... My ISS was running to the middle of the room for like 1-2h and i checked the config over and over and over again, found nothing wrong, so i wiped the room and stop the bots and only hade pickup enter on all chars standing a bit away from the center and all chars ran to the center of the room and stop, there was no drops or mobs in the room. So im starting to supsect somthing to BUT they didnt pick up anything cuz i could to it over and over again and still the same thing.!

They tried to pickup something that wasent there. something that was in the center of the room.

Your ISS gonna be banned soon, make another one while you have time to replace the "dead" one. xD
This happens when a invisible item appears. I've noticed this when i was using L2Divine, cause i can see this invisible itens with L2Divine. It appears when you're killing mobs for a long time in the same spot. If it happens, and your toon try to get those itens... just restart and you can continue botting. But if happens one time, just say bye to your toon x)
Can confirm that there are something weird with thos items, as my ISS just got banned

My iss got banned yesterday on Chronos . I was using just follow . I left the iss and my main , a feoh , in altar of evil afk , when I came back after 1h iss game was close . I tryed to log in but couldn't , checked the mail and saw that i was banned . I was doing nothink since both char were afk.

It's quite clear there are invisibile drops. Turn off pickup for all your characters and bring a low lvl character to clean up drops and from time to time what he collects adena/items drop the loot ank pick up whit main chars this way they cant asociate the mail/trade whit the non pickup party
