Is it real to use script/plugin on time, or interval that i need?
For ex.: i need run EXP script from 1pm to 8pm and PICKUP script from 4pm to 5pm.

Register commands in your plugin then use ProcessCommand() in your script, although people typically do it the other way around. A plugin is ran when the bot injects into the game, so typically one would make a plugin that then runs a script.
