I have same problem in my chars, but only a little % of them, idk why it happens, I Mean something is wrong in code configuration so I tryed to delete char config, but nothing happens.. create another char is best solution as I know.

Yes now it does change target fast but still doesn't attack until the other dead mob disappear

Try to go in /cfg then enable nuke attack only for your 1st skill you are using with /addnuke and delete all other skills you have there. worked for me
