i have some 99 toons banned
ofc i trying to make a QQ email and complain
but after 24hours i am logging back to support page
and?....Submitted ticket is deleted :O :O

---- new tactic? they are just ignore you?

any other have the same issue?

can't take the heat, stay inside the house.

That was a second answer about unblocking nonbotted toon... so i don't think that they unblock your botted one.

bah...tried this also from a customer's computer via TeamViewer
to take back a banned account that he has "Without reason"
and still this behavior
