Problem with license for L2 tower version 1.4.1.95

Hello,
I wish to use L2 tower for interlude chronicle , so i downgraded L2tower to version 1.4.1.95
The problem is when i enter my info to make the lisence it says:

"Error occured during lisence fetching:L2 tower error!!! Invalid hardware id [id_number]"

What is wrong? My lisnece is working to the latest L2 tower version.. What should i do?
