For me the message is, could not resolve de DNS Name http://www.license2.l2tower.eu, i think that the server is out of service or the license2.l2tower.eu is in a blacklist...

I have same error, when i press Create license file i get msg like

"The remote name could not resolved: 'www.license2.l2tower.eu'

your loader should use http://www.license1.l2tower.eu
if it try license2, then you got some problem with internet connection ? maybe l2tower is blocked by firewall ?

or use: http://l2tower.eu/api/create.php

I honestly have no idea what I'm doing wrong,my firewall is off by default,and I'm not using any antivirus software.
Also,no internet connection issues.

EDIT:Tried the online license generator,but I keep getting "the license file is corrupted".

EDIT2:Also tried using a different router,still no luck
Any other ideas?

make l2tower update,
and use online generator,
if you put correct data you wont get error.

check if you dont have viruses...
