i've tried with v116 and nothing. when click on 'create license' the program freeze and then says: "unknown error, empty output". and with license via web : "license file is corrupted" on red

The following actions will change the Hardware Key:
1. Formatting the machine and reinstalling Windows.
2. When changing the computer name.
3. When changing the domain (it will not change back when returning to the previous domain).

I tried option 2 and 3 but did not work. I tried too downgrade to 116 and nothing,

your hwid is on ban list because it's same that one used on one forum account, that owner clam that it was stolen.

temporary removed from ban list.

ghost your problem and the same problem as mine, so that its in this version v.1.4.116 and in my v.1.4.118
