the buyer send you cash via bank transfer ex:western union pick it or have someone ready then trade the item in game 100% safe

Well i am the buyer, only got paypal atm but not veryfied yet(really need to do that). And looking to buy an account.

Is it better to get something else then paypal or doesnt it matter?
Or which one is mostly used?

paypal is good but if you scam the seller he will contact ncsoft and you will probably be baned and he'l get his account back

all is risky...
