seems that the action-skills from Phantom summoner are no working as they should,I tried to use the id from the link provided but without success,also i did the /recstart_bla /recstop thingy but when i use the skill and check the script generated i dont see any skill used, i see instead just a move to a location(of the monster i assume) and that;s it......
