Gm's have personal problems whit healers/buffers usualy if there are near/in party bot confirmed PC and obsesively repete the same actions for a long time. It's not that hard to do some tests on the bot flagged character to reveal the healing skills/procents settings and have enough proof to BAN and brake your heart... (in event pieces)

Also if these invisible items were added to the game, you can easy check that buy filling up your inv and count. It should say ex 80/80 and only 79 items in inventory that you can see. =)

As its an item, its stocked in your inventory where els are it located? So yes if you pick it up its going in your inventory, easy peasy, start up a l2off server, add an item thats not in your client, pick it up, fill your inv and and it goes to 80/80 and you only have 79 you can see.!
