L2 TOWER PROBLEM PREMIUM

im just used cc cleaner to clear my computer after this i have seen that when i try to activate again my premium license in same PC please help Hardware Key is same but it say i will get ban for re activate wtf?
ahh btw in same day i clean my pc inside and add some RAM

ok i click yes and it work atm but i want to fromat my pc and re instal windows may this hardware key back to me?
