L2 Alucard and Premiu License

Hello, I'm playing L2 Alucard and would like to know if anyone has managed to run bot here, told me that the L2 Tower Premium works but I'm afraid to buy and not run ...
Also would like to know the following: If I buy the Premium Tower 1 year and format my PC, when installing again just put the license there and work?
