Please help me

I can not play with L2 Tower.

I look at the tutorial, but there is an option to change. Dll to. Exe or bin, but on my computer this option does not exist.

Please help me ...

Another problem I have is: The server that I play is original and has no l2.exe, the game only starts with a Launcher

the tutorials are for retail servers. for your other problems use google or even help guides have something about bin to exe
