I can not place the command / / cfg

Good! I have a question, I'm on a server to which the Tower logs correctly, but I find I can not initialize the Actions menu command / / cfg.
When I type the command nothing happens, I do not enable the action window Bot, could someone pass me a solution to this? Thank you!

Session by l2tower, open the tower, run & inject x1 and logs properly, which can not handle me in the game is the / / cfg to enter the bot command window.

i have the same problem in the server antharas in argentina

how i can change the comand //cfg for call the menu in the game???
