Hi guys,in harnak i see pll bot with some char in dynasty/vesper...so i have 1 question..
maybe there a way to get them with the PCs that are not yet 85?
if so what is it?

from what i know no chance... they use vesper or dinasty because they take it from path of aweken i think...

or they power lvl dual, enter in, then take dual, get exp from 76lvl, scout mob red ...

dynasty and vesper are 90 day items so more that enough to get 85 and keep it

You cant get into harnak until your 85. so no power lvl there bro.

I usually go to Bloody swamp to powere lvl my toons.
