My pc which can run 8 clients (have 1 picking up as well as full pt)
was a cheap on from ebuyer, cost me about £250, all be it if im running 8 clients i have all set on low, apart from the 1 im playing which will be set on high graphics.
2.7quad core,
8gb ram.
1gn onboard gfx card
so as you can see its not an amazing pc but does what i need it to do for L2,

thx for ur answer ... Its just like I was think. Now I can buy out of worry

However, that pc that u have to pick up, would didnt work in high-party lvl zones, since almost all of the moobs are aggro ones.
I think its better to set finders keppers and use 1 in party, wich almost all the time is the spoiler. I never get banned any other toon (besides the one who pick) in my setups, unless they get too reported.
