hello,
there is a server that does not allow two clients per pc.
Is there any program to hide the ISP, IP or MAC?
I have thought about opening a normal client and the other hiding the ISP, IP MAC.

As you told its "Client per PC" ip is shared on your network, even on 254 computers Smile.
The protection is based on HWID(HardWare ID) witch cannot be changed.

Also update your l2tower versionTongue
