how you know 7 days and 14 days ban ? which condition to know that ?

I think when u get eula violation thing at login that's perma. But 14 and 7 day bans seem to be when you login and u get no message at all. then u submit ticket that u can't login and they tell you 14day ban.

Yeah i didn't get a msg so ticket then and was told 7 days. After 7 days it was perm banned when I tried to log it in. 3/7 lost

Me too, I send ticket, and they told me the same and i got perma ban on 12 toons (EULA message).

Other friend are losing more or less 14 toons per week.

Guys, you r still losing ur chars ? im trying to lvlup new chars and they r banned after 1-2-3 days+ its not banned ip(acc creation)

imo its cuz of multiboxing

It's not because of multiboxing, I can tell you that. Friends being banned with as little as 2 chars running.
