Not exact true, a friend use other pc/ip to create and use the same pc/ip to bot them later and no bans.

If you get ban even after that, that's a RMT ban xD

U have static or Dynamic IP???The HWID can change easy just change the SATA cable in other Port on ur mobo u shuld have from 3-6 ports Tha Ban can ByPass easy the MacAdress BAN its hard to bypass i dont know if they Ban only ur IP or HWID or they ban ur MacAdress Also in l2j there was one code who they ban players MacAdress and to Bypass that u should change Router But i dont think NC use that way

I just reinstall windows for change HWID and use proxy for make accounts will see help or no ))

Here is one Guide also How to Change ur MAC Adress as i say some server's l2j use that way sakaszli confirm that...Thats old way but it seems they use that way also now but Not Sure if NC Ban also MacAdress

u have right... when u move ur disc ( main disc from ur pc ) to other slot in ur pc ( SATA slot on ur mainboard ) ur HWID its changing... how u can see that, if its changed ? it will ask you to make again l2tower licence file cuz HWID was changed.

if you change ports yes but as on of pervious post sayd just by reinstalling windows I don't think your hwid changes

i changed my hwid, changed Ip and changed MAC adress, now lets see if i still recieve auto bann ...

reinstal windows help all accounts alive in another PC whis old windows account baned
