I am planning to buy premium account (lifetime) but I am also planning to buy new computer, so after I buy new computer I must buy new account ? and what was this thing that it updates 3months and after that old versions? enlight me plz.
Also what about formatting pc does this change hardware id? And lead to loss of account again?

I think is based on your forum account since you generate the license file using forum login data.
