  • Disabled /calc command on Freya (Until I find other way to use it)
  • Added external editor for pvp targeting settings (Experimental version)
  • Removed stun as blocking condition in PvE targeting.
  • Minor changes in updater/loader.
  • Minor changes in SkillUseManager and TargetManager (still not perfect but...).
  • Fixed bug with not refreshing in-game config window.

Edit: If someone see some splash screen, remove L2Tower.Update.xml and do update again.
