- Disabled /calc command on Freya (Until I find other way to use it)
- Added external editor for pvp targeting settings (Experimental version)
- Removed stun as blocking condition in PvE targeting.
- Minor changes in updater/loader.
- Minor changes in SkillUseManager and TargetManager (still not perfect but...).
- Fixed bug with not refreshing in-game config window.
Edit: If someone see some splash screen, remove L2Tower.Update.xml and do update again.
