Some can help me i try use //xcfg and dont work, some can help?

go: l2tower folder -> libs -> all files what start with DevExpress.. check them with right click / properties and if they write protected -> take all -> cut.. put them on desktop and remove that (write protected) on each file.. after that put them back in (libs) folder
