Zapisywanie ustawień

Czy jest jakiś sposób na to, aby ustawienia na danej postaci zapisac recznie ? Czy dzieje sie to tylko i wylacznie automatycznie ? A jesli tak, to gdzie moge skasowac dotychczasowe ustawienia zeby zrobic miejsca dla nowych ?
