Weird pickup item

Hi guys.

I'm using /apickup, in wanted items, i got the herbs hp and mp and i just got an alarm for an unwanted item with this name:

8603NAME: 6619219 Herb of Mana

I guess its a new TEST ITEM...

Hope i didnt pick it up...

Anyone else got this item??
