WEB-Installer!!!

Clockman, or any other person who have rights to do that - update that web-installer, please! It contains .133 version, and god damn updater always crashes (any option, with admin tools too).

ps: russian-lang w7, but u can see prob in eng
Problem was solved with new 4.5 .net framework
