Visual Studio C++ Redistribute Package (x86) - yes x86

Did used google search and installed from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/...x?id=40784
When I start L2Tower, it says I didn't installed it...
Did tried other versions of Visual Studio C++ Redistribute Package (x86) - yes x86 and got the same answer. Can anyone share the "correct" link? I am using Windows XP.
Sorry for post it back, but I have the same answer over and over again.
