veryfication fail

Hello guys

I have a little problem!!!when open l2 tower and open for example 5 windows and all run normaly if i close the l2tower and reopen so can run 1 more window all the time after 1-3 minutes i take a message no veryfication fail no answer from the game!!!

Please help me
