VERSION ERROR!!!!!!!

well, i passed 6 hours of my day yesterday trying to conect but..
frist
after update i get license error (no1 from suport helped me)
i did a back up on my pc and now the licende working

but now i have a problem (version not compatitble)

already sent a clock a msg where i let my pc free with team vienw and him dont helped me!

FOR GOD CAN ANY HELP ME??
I PAYED VIP AND LOSING DAYS WITH THIS ISSUES
