I am new to this and I searched on this forum on how to get IDs for teleport especially (also npcs and items) and I cannot find anywhere.
Can anyone please help me?

They are in your L2Tower folder under Config. You should see 4 .txt files in there.
Augment.txt
items.txt
monster.txt
skills.txt

NPC Id's are found under monsters.txt.
